We've traveled to this ride a number of times in the last year. A very nice ride to the missing rail bridge at West Montrose, then down into the valley for icecream.

Enjoyed biking this well kept trail! Great for doing with small groups as it's wide enough to navigate safely. The people we met were very respectful and it was good seeing others in recreation as well!

Its a rails to trails" trail...flat and very hardpacked ...not really a hiking trail... you dont get the uneven ground that loosens your hip flexors and improves your overall health...but hey -any walking is better than no walking...The scenery is nice but very open on hot days... not a whole lot of tree coverage between arthur street and floradale road...lots of memorial trees"
