They made us give a credit card for an appointment for our hamster. They charged $80 without us knowing. When we took our hamster to them for check up because she was sick. But the doctor didn't know the reason for her illness and suggests we do a more detailed check up. At that time we found out they charged the credit card when we booked the apartment. Now we have around $20 credit. But we don't think of going back because the kind of business they do is not appropriate. Thinking of reporting to BBB.

The whole crew was so professional and thoughtful~ Plus, the general price was good enough.My dog had survived from CHF & Kidney failure for almost 2 years and he ended his doggo life recently with complications quite smoothly.Thank you so much!

Dr. Rana has always provided amazing care for my cat Georgie. He also provided great service to a rescue pitbull in my care. I would reccomend anyone to take their pets here for great veterinary service

If you value your pet, do not take it to Lansdowne Animal Hospital.The vet suggested such a high dose of sedative for senior cat such unable to walk or move for 24 hours. I had to hold him up so he could eat and drink, and clean him after he soiled himself. He would just open his mouth to meow like he was asking for help. I was completely distraught he would never get better, as he told me 8 hours maximum.The vet refused to let me be present in the room when they drew blood, which set off all sorts of warning bells. The staff told me no vet would let me do that, but three minutes/one phone call later I found a place a few blocks away that was happy to, and were amazing.Lastly, when they got his blood results and later his urine results, they only gave me vague information, they said there wasn't much they could tell. Strangely the new vet was able to tell me plenty based on the same test results.It's cheaper, that's why I went there. But I care about my cat, he is my family. Don't subject your animal to a bargain vet in a strip mall, who will not provide adequate care. Take your loved one to a real vet, please.

You took sample of my pet last Friday and I was told that I would be contacted Monday for the results. I called in Monday afternoon and you promised to call me after hour the same day. No call. I called in again Tuesday morning and was told the Dr would call soon. Had to call again in the afternoon since still not hearing anything back. Dr finally called and explained the result. I requested for the estimate for more tests needed. Dr said I could call to ask assistants for it. Called today, was told the estimate was not finished but will be emailed to me today. Now it's 9:45pm, I got nothing. If you can't do something, do not promise. I feel like I have to constantly follow up for things you guys are supposed to provide as part of the service! So unprofessional! It's like you don't care about my pet's health so that you take however long despite me being the parent is worried sick.Don't bother to give me the estimate. I don't trust you with my cat. I'll go elsewhere and will not recommend any pet owners about your store based on my experience.1/19/2022

Your pet would be in great hands with Dr. Rana and his team. They are honest, compassionate and knowledgeable, and you can tell that they genuinely care for animals. They also have very reasonable prices compared to many of the veterinary clinics in Vancouver.Thank you so much Dr. Rana for the diligent care you have provided for Merlin.

Very friendly staff, they show true care and compassion to your pet. They provide follow up calls which is great to see especially when your so attached to your best friend. Dr. Rana is amazing.

Dr. Rana is really honest and caring. Out of all the vets I have seen in the lower mainland. This is the best practice.
