We purchased an Arctic Spa with the Spa boy package in late 2017. The delivery, set up and ongoing maintenance provided by Neil and Coralie has been exceptional. They recommended exactly what we needed, and are always happy to answer any questions. They've done the annual maintenance as well, and thoroughly check the system. We can't say enough good things about them, and highly recommend Valley Spas for the best hot tubs sales and service in the Columbia Valley.

Love our Hudson Swimspa. It is the best combo of a pool and hot tub for year round use. Valleyspas were amazing with delivery and setup. Everything went without a hitch and we have been loving the pool every day since.

We've had nothing but the best service from Valley Spas. From our first time in the store to our delivery date, they kept us in the loop and treated us like family. We had an issue with our heater the other day, they kept an eye on it for us online and showed up the next day (a Sunday in the middle of winter) to fix the problem. Always friendly service in store and they go above and beyond at all times. Keep it up Valley Spas! Highly recommended from GrayChard Manor
