Walked in on a Saturday and received amazing, personal service from Gigi. She had a great eye for what would work on my husband and helpfully guided him to a good choice. Really appreciated the service and beautiful clothes here.

I have been coming to Moores for many years and have always enjoyed the service and attentive staff. I like the selection and modern styles of the suits. My son has worked here for a few years and he has liked working for Moores. My other son and I just got custom made suits and they look fantastic. 2 custom suits for $900 including gst amazing. The store is well lit but could use an update as the fixtures and carpets are very worn.

My husband and I picked out a rental suit online that we liked and went to Moores north Edmonton to get fitted. They told us they didn’t have the suit in store so we just crossed our fingers we would like it since they said it would be in 2 days before the wedding. At the store, my husband and I chatted about purchasing his suit so I asked the staff member how much it would cost to buy the suit. Her response was that it would be very expensive, like over $1000, and dismissed my question entirely (we would have been fine spending that to buy the suit). Fast forward to the wedding and my husband went in to try his suit on 2 days before. His jacket was WAY too short but they dismissed his concerns, saying it was fine. At the wedding, it was very obvious his suit jacket was way too short. They also told us, as the groom, he could return up to 2 days after the wedding and then tried to charge us a late penalty.To summarize, literally the worst experience possible.

Mike was great to deal with and very helpful. The staff was very knowledgeable and worked together to get me all the pieces I needed to look snazzy.

If I could give a zero, I would. Went in today in hopes of finding a style of tux or suit for my fiancee. We were open to finding an option that would have him to stand out from his groomsmen. We were EVENTUALLY met but a sales/rental young guy. Who kept dismissing or talking over myself and my maid of honors questions that I brought with us for the experience. We stuck it out in hopes of trying to find something. A moment that was supposed to be fun turned into a moment that was a wreck. The sales/rental guy asked a question while I was checking over the suit my fiancee attempted to try on, and when not responded to fast enough he stated going once

I found the service to be very unprofessional, went in twice looking for a suit for my son, the first time the salesman was very dismissive, didn't measure him, showed him a couple dinner jackets (not what we were asking about) then just waved vaguely toward the suits and told us to look for ourselves. I know people who have been very satisfied with their service, so we gave them another chance. Different salesman, did measure and offer options, but kept wandering off, had to look for him (or anyone) every time my son tried something on.

Rented a suit for my son for his grad! Suit was beautiful and staff ensured a perfect fit. I was worried that a rental wouldn’t fit but it did and it looked great! Thanks to everyone there who helped!

Very clean and well laid out store.Staff are great. I needed a new suit for my youngest daughter's upcoming wedding.Lilly, a fantastic young Lady who was extremely pleasant to have aid me. She is/was friendly, very helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable.She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, what I liked and made me comfortable and as a result I have a fantastic new suit.I highly recommend this location and if your able ask for Lilly. If she's unavailable, don't fret as everyone else is just as friendly and capable

Had an interesting experience at this location. Went to pick out the suits for our wedding party. Immediately the sales associate who greeted us immediately seemed annoyed that we wanted to look at wedding rentals. He went through the process of writing all our information down (it’s almost completely illegible) and just generally seemed uninterested and bothered by helping us.Another associate did wind up taking over for him who was much friendlier and more helpful. Overall we got what we needed but we left this location put off by the first employee’s reaction and probably won’t return.

Great customer service like highly highly recommended for suits. I had the pleasure of akong helping me great customer service and help with getting suit. Nice and friendly and great guy overall.
