Alex works very hard to provide excellent customer service and a quality product. We have a very old Soft Tub that we enjoy so much! When it needed servicing, Alex went out of her way to find the most cost effective solution. Our old Soft Tub is still going strong but if we ever wanted a new one we would definitely go to Affordable Hot Tubs and get a Soft Tub again! They are great! Thanks Alex!

I have wanted a softub for years and finally decided to get one. It is incredible. I bought mine from used Victoria so there was no warranty. It had a slight problem with the airflow, Alex and her team diagnosed the problem over the phone, repair was done on site the next day for a very reasonable price.This is an amazing difference to what I've heard about various other hot tub sales and service providers in VictoriaSales ***** Service***** Have I mentioned that we love our softub. :-)

We got our soft tub 3 years ago from them , as our daughter and son-in-law has one from them. They were fast, helpful, and came and did a easy set up. Year round use. Easy on the Hydro for sure. Get all supplies from them. Have recommend them to anyone we talk with.

I called in to get a price on a new GFCI cable. Alex gave a price and mentioned she had a tech coming to my area. Marti showed up in 20min replaces the cable and fixed the air valve. The invoice was super reasonable so I stocked up on some product he had with him. I I've never had a service call go that smooth and the timing be that perfect. The timing might have been a fluke but Marty was a pro.. BIG Thanks. PS we still love our softub super affordable super portable super easy to own. And now super serviced.

Bought a tub from Alex this summer and absolutely love it. Had an issue with a seal in the Hydromate which was a slow leak. As recommended when buying it I drained the tub and removed the Hydromate ( very simple) and brought it into the store ( I live on Pender Island ). The repair was completed that night and it was shipped back to me the following day. Installed and working beautifully again. In retail things happen but it is how the seller handles the situation and in this case Alex nailed it.Thanks AlexI would recommend Affordable Hot Tubs anytime.

Not only were they able to get my soft tub mths sooner then originally quoted, but they came and set everything up so i just had to wait to heat up..i freakin LOVE IT!! Everything i hoped and more. Have a bad back and trouble sleeping and since my soft tub got here im sleeping great and back is loving it! Great helpful staff and I'm bragging to everyone about it lol.

I had such an amazing experience with this company. We rented a soft tub for my boyfriends birthday and the customer service from Alex and Joe was top of the line ( even though we weren't purchasing). If it ever comes time to buy our own, this is 100% where we would go. We would recommend this place to anyone for renting or buying. Thank you both for being so good to us and we hope you enjoyed your holidays!!!
