Good store great service.I tried to return cream I had thought I bought here after moving to this end of town. They manager patiently listened to me and went to check the back only to discover that they didn't sell the brand I was returning. I think remembered I had went to Metro one late evening and apologized. I appreciate the way it was all handled and would recommend this store to anyone.Other employees have also been quite helpful.

The store was very clean, well organized, wide isles with nothing piled or blocking customers with their shopping carts from getting through each isle. A staff member named Andrea was snappy and rude to people in front of me. If it wasn't for this staff member named Andrea, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Good prices and variety, the place is clean and well stocked. Isles don't feel crowded and the place has a pleasant atmosphere for a grocery store.

Wonderful staff! So friendly and helpful, and cheery. One star down because some of the items are quite hard to find because they're organized in a way that doesn't make sense to me (yet!) but I dont mind walking the aisles a few extra times. The pharmacy is great too, Justus and his staff are always so friendly and helpful!

Finally FreshCo is here in Thunderbay. Love the way they have arranged the aisle. Glad to see that FreshCo is keeping their standards by holding the fresh produce. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. I will give 100% review as the prices are affordable too.

Was going to Safeway at first, but stopped going because of all the prices. Now that it’s quality market prices are still high but that’s just going on everywhere. But I go to quality market now because it has been a lot better And continues to get better and better keep it up guys good work.

The store is nicely laid out and merchandise was easy to find because of strategically placed signs.Staff were friendly and service at the till was quick.
