Countertops Direct was amazing to work with. Although, the offices are far from my Bloomfield Township home, they were highly recommended by a former contractor of mine. I made one visit across town to get educated and take a look at various counter options. Kelly was extremely helpful pointing out the pros-and-cons of the various options. She was a breeze to work with. The measurement process was a easy; Eric and Ryan were amazing at the installation. Also, due to some renovation issues/delays in my old house, I had to delay parts of the installation. Kelly was very understanding as Eric and Ryan had to come back three different times to complete the install – the last two over the holidays. I highly recommend Countertops Direct and would use them again with no hesitation.

These guys do great work, we had our kitchen and both of our bathroom counter tops replaced with granite.Also had all sinks replaced as well. I did all my own plumbing and and removed my old counter tops myself (this saved us allot of money). So glad I didn't go with Quartz. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. I had nothing but great experiences with Countertops Direct in Fort Gratiot. They were very patient with me during my selection process, even after I changed my mind days after I paid my deposit. They were very accommodating when scheduling measuring and installation, with all staff being very friendly during all processes. Their installation timeframe was much quicker than their competitors, which was ultimately why I decided to use their services. Once installed, the granite was absolutely beautiful with a very glossy finish. Professional, friendly, fast, and quality product. What's not to like? Zero regrets!

This is my second time getting granite from Countertops Direct and I am very happy with my counters! The girls in the office were great helping me decide between two colors! I called a few times with questions before purchasing and after about products to use to clean and Ana answered all of them! I absolutely love my large sink too! Great customer service! We still have to decide on a back splash to make the kitchen complete but we are loving our granite!

We couldn’t love our bathroom more! Working with Jillian at countertops direct we were able to make our vision come to life with her designs and guidance. Everyone we worked with between both the Fort Gratiot store and the Harrison Twp store was professional and provided a quick turnaround!

We ordered countertop, paid half down. Then 10 days later they called and said our order would be $500 more because we were over 20 miles away. We have purchased countertops threw them for a couple other houses that were also over 20 miles away and have never been charged an extra $500. They said we can pay the extra $500 or they were canceling our order. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will take our business elsewhere and will never use them again!

Highly recommended!! Kelley performed miracles on my budget! The price never changed from day one. I tagged the same slab w another company and she was able to get a better price on it, plus do the rest of my house, 3 baths and laundry for less. The guys who came to the house to measure and install, especially Eric and Ryan felt like family, all really nice people!!

We just got out granite countertops this week and they are beautiful! We really took the time to check out different granite companies, read reviews, went to places in person and had quotes done. We took an hour drive to Countertops Direct after my husband had visited the store and talked with Kelly. Kelly was very helpful and friendly while we looked around, picked out colors and sinks and edges. We felt totally comfortable and not rushed when we were there. The next week someone from there came out to measure and 5 days later we had our countertops! The installers were friendly, fast,very courteous and very tidy and made sure they cleaned up before they left and didn't leave a mess. The countertops are exactly what we wanted, thank you Countertops Direct for awesome service!

1st off they mis ordered the wrong colour quartz and install it secondly is has splices everywhere their measurements were off and didnt fit. my cabinet doors that were supposed to be soft close never were, missing cabinets and hardware and here we are 2 years later and My undermount sink fell down and broke all my plumbing lines in garbage disposal and they won't come out and fix it! 8k and they wont stand by their work DONT TRUST THEM
