Dixie Square Apartments - Hazelview Properties

Recently got approved for a 1 bedroom unit at 1750 Bloor. Building is beautifully renovated. Has a gym + party room. Big laundry room. Property is very clean inside and out. The leasing agent, Yitesh was above and beyond helpful in this process for me. He was professional and timely with my application. 10/10. I am very thankful. Looking forward to my new for now Home.

We moved here during the pandemic and had the lovely Leasing Manager help us find a great apartment to stay in. Corner unit, upgraded kitchen with 5 appliances and bathroom fully renovated like a luxury bathroom. It looked the same as the new photos you see now. Great long balcony with the view of the city. The property management keeps the place clean and sanitized which we love! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Most of all it’s quiet and peaceful. Large rooms with great living and dining room open spaces. Corner units are the best! Lots of light coming in the rooms too. (Just finished painting in some of the pics - all apartments are painted in the French Parisian Grey - very French inspired.)

The service is great. All service calls are attended right away. Building Supers are friendly and always at service calls, professional and prompt.

Management is quick to respond to queries/issues with apartment. Rasool is very helpful person on the maintainence team.

I think this was a bad idea asking anyone in their right mind to give a review.. From moving in around 5 years ago this building has been anything but good.I’ll start by mentioning how bad the cockroach’s have been from within the unit, to seeing them in the elevator/gym area. I would also like mention how cold the units get, as well as not having any ventilation in the kitchen.Staff are friendly, however friendly staff don’t get much done. Balcony mesh was never fixed when told it would be.Last but most importantly the building overall isn’t all inclusive and accessibility inclusive. If you have a disability good luck getting in or out of this building. The building is not wheelchair acceptable nor is it stroller friendly. So if you have a disability or a newborn that requires a stroller steer clear as this building does not cater to you.The back of the building has a ramp and 1 automatic door, leaving you to open a secondary door on your own. The front entrance has no automatic doors, has stairs making it impossible for anyone with disabilities/strollers/elderly pushing a cart or walker to enter from the front of the building.I actually would not recommend this building to anyone.Do Better, Be Better!

The rental complex exceeded my expectations with its excellent amenities and responsive management team. The scenic views from the unit were breathtaking, providing the perfect perspective to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape

Atrocious place, loud neighbours, dirty hallways, Incompetent staff, and they raise the rent price every year. I’m leaving this place and I suggest you look elsewhere
