It is a big store, their inventory and services seems complete and good cutomer service. I just bought two blind which the prices were good. I also had good shopping experience in the past for many other items.

Kylin in the service area is first class. He didn't over promise, but he certainly over delivered and got me a fresh tire on right before close and saved me from having to drive home to Med Hat on a spare donut. Shout out to Kylin and the Tech who did the swap.

Canadian Tire in Shawnessy is a great place to shop for just about everything but unfortunately it seems like some of the staff and management are too busy to accommodate a customer. I was waiting in the paint section for over 15 minutes to speak to someone about getting some keys cut, they have a button there to call for assistance but unfortunately it doesn't work and an employee came by and made a call for help but 10 minutes later I'm still waiting, I wasted 25 minutes before becoming frustrated and left. I spoke to a manager and was told they must be busy and it's no big deal! I went to Home Depot and was in and out in 10 minutes. Two stars, only because it's CT, but the staff I'd rate 0.

The store is awesome. The selection is amazing the staff are incredible but if you are a younger white male watch out because the store security will follow you around like a hawk. I came to buy $1000 in tools and was harassed three or four times by the secret shopper thinking I was shoplifting very very uncomfortable situation and unfortunately is more and more common. I have found this at many of their locations.

Canadian Tire always has honored a flyer up to 1 week late. I went in to a different can tire yesterday and had them honor a flyer no problem. I went here today and they refused and said that their store policy is only to honour up to 1 day after the flyer. Yuck where has the customer service gone....

After you enter the store, on your left side is an interactive product search terminal. It's easy to use and because of large size easier for older people to use. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. Staff are very helpful. I will drive a long distance to shop here!

This 5-star review is for the technicians and staff in and around the automotive section. I have come in several times in need of stuff to help fix up a friend's Jeep and I have always found what we needed.The staff also had great knowledge and saved us from headaches by giving advice on products and troubleshooting.

I went to return item which I received as a gift a week ago. I called this location first to find out. The lady on the phone responded saying you bring back the item at the store and we will refund the money. I also mentioned to her that i did not have receipt as it was a gift. Next day I went to the store and they gave me almost half of the price store gift card. I didn't understand how they came up with that price! I have never seen that product went on sale for that low price anywhere. The experience was not pleasant. The staff who was handling this was rude. It feels like we stealing something and asking for money back.
