Mary Brown's Chicken
The chicken was quite good, but the french fries were served almost cold and the restaurant and tables were filthy. Tables and floors littered with crumbs and food particles. More staff then patrons in the restaurant and yet no one cleaning anything.

First time trying this chicken speciality fast food establishment. Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and was pleasantly surprised by the level of heat in the sauce. Nice surprise for me however, this might be a little more heat than your average customer may be prepared for. All in all a tasty chicken wrap. Of course, there are more menu items to sample I will make this a regular stop on my way back down the Rockies

Food service not great, the cashier did not talk to customer. Seemed grumpy. Was impatient when time for customer to pay. Cashier did not say a word. No thank you, no communication.On the plus side, the chicken good. We did get a good portion amount of food.

We have been here a few times now and I am happy to say that the food is very yummy with loads of flavour. Super crispy chicken on the outside and juicy on the inside, without tasting heavy or grease laden - because of the way it is made! The wedges were delicious as well. Big thanks to Al who made our recent visit that much more inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. This place has heart and I really appreciate solid customer service that makes you feel welcome. We will be back again.

Normally like to stop here when going between Vancouver and Kamloops. Unfortunately I came by today at 9:10pm and was told they where closed. There hours confirmed by them a few weeks ago on Google say they are open until 10:00pm. While the food is good if they are not going to be open when they say they are I don't think I will be returning.

Rude staff member who I think was the manager because he was also speaking to his coworkers poorly by raising his voice and being passive aggressive. The two of us guests remained patient after several other customers who ordered after us received their food first. We thought maybe their food was just faster to make. When I asked the manager about this, he was impolite, until he realized they made a mistake. We found out they forgot our order. We waited over half an hour. When we received our food, the food quality was not good. We ordered a burrito, fries, and a burger and it was very poorly made with burger sauce all over the patty and the burrito falling apart.

The best Big Mary I have had in BC in comparison to Newfoundland standards. Chicken was a good size, they didn't shy on the sauce and they actually put the big Mary in a box! - Something most BC locations fail on. Other Mary Browns in the province need to take notes.
