Parking Indigo Toronto - 320 Front St W

I used to work in Downtown and had many bad experiences with parking facilities in the area. This parking absolutely surprised me! The entrance is easy to find. The attendant is friendly and pleasant to talk to. The parking area and elevators are all very clean. I find it quite easy to navigate inside the parking because it's well lit and there's overhead signs indicated PARK and EXIT. I'm usually really bad at getting out of underground parking, but amazingly I managed to get to the exit in one go without any hiccups. For reference, I parked from 8:53am to around 5:00 pm on a weekday. The fee was $12. It's a good deal considering the location and quality of the parking.

SCAM!!!!Coming 4:30 pm and asking how much is parking for 24hr , girl said $20 so I decided ok . The next day at 4 pm, I want to leave and scan the ticket show $40 . When I asked the guy why you charged me more, then I was told he said she never said $20 . The best answer that I got from this guy was - OK, pay $25, but DONT COMING BACK MORE . wow, good services, INDIGO . For sure, i will NEVER PARK ON INDIGO PARKINGS . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

It takes over one hour to get out of their parking. I’ve been sitting here trying to get out and just entered p1. Terrible logistics, don’t park here you will waste lots of time and gas.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! They have signage outside that will tell you $4 under 30 minutes between 6AM- 6PM. I parked for 22 minutes, receipt proves it, and they charged me $10. The attendant argued with me this was evening rates when the sign in the booth she’s LITERALLY working in said 6AM-6PM DAILY. The manager came out and tried to argue with me that I didn’t understand evening hours. He had the audacity to then LOOK at the sign outside because he didn’t know what it said (and he’s a manager), turn to me and STILL tell me I’m wrong, and say “do you want a refund or not?!” He then admitted this was a long term known issue and acted like it was my fault. The attendant was somewhat respectful despite not understanding me or the situation, but the management team has been represented in the worst light because of this unprofessional individual who doesn’t know what his job responsibilities are. He claims he will email me a refund form. I am waiting.

The cheapest parkade we could find near the CN tower. Others are charging $15 flat rate on weekends, but this one charges $12 only. Felt more secure that they have security in the building (where you access the parkade by foot, elevators available).

Really good parking lot. Lots of space, it’s safe, doesn’t look creepy or spooky in evening, very reasonable price for the day (if you get in before 9am and out by 6pm, it’s $12, and if you get in after 9am or leave before 7pm, it’s $15, not $27 like some other parking lots). Pretty automated system to pay when leaving the lot. The security people during work days are really nice too incase of any problem.

Good parking with enough space on a Saturday evening. Lighting was good too. Only problem I had was with the stairs and it was confusing. One of the stairwell leads to a private space and you need an access card to get out of the stairwell. You do not need a access card to get in the stairwell. So you can easily get locked in a stairwell if you enter it by mistake.
