Joann in the office is an absolute pleasure. She is puntual and always a joy to speak to...fielding my frequent calls and emails navigating my way through my new life with ulcerative colitis. Dr. Thien is compassionate, thorough, and I have never been rushed. He has responded both via email and has phoned me personally when I needed it. I'm happy to have partnered with him in my journey to better quality of life. Dr Thien and his staff, from Joann, all the way thru clinic staff, are very much appreciated. Thank you

Initially on seeing the reviews, was sceptical about meeting the doctor or calling the office. But it turned out to be opposite. Wonder why some gave a single rating.Doctor was very friendly when I met him to undergo procedures at the hospital.Whenever I call the office, Joann, is absolutely wonderful in handling with patience and answers my questions as the doctor is extremely busy.Thank you
