Jayy is absolutely horrible and needs to be fired ASAP. I heard him calling his co workers terrible things, including fat shaming a young girl and making inappropriate comments about about her breasts. This is honestly disgusting and something needs to be done about this.

Absolutely rude and toxic customer service. Terrible location if you want to make returns/exchanges.I can't shop in-store very often due to my work schedule, so I usually order online. If I have multiple online returns, I save them and return in-store in one trip. I usually go to another location but they're under construction right now, so I went out of my way and drove to this location in Oakville. Side note, I have never had an issue with returning online items in-store at my local H&M.However, I came to this location with a few online returns, all organized and neatly packaged for the cashier. Immediately I was met with hostile glares from one of the managers/floor supervisors. I had my returns neatly set up for the cashier, and the manager was staring at me up and down. Even with a mask on, I could tell she was giving me a dirty look. She kept hovering around the area until I was done.And then there's the cashier. She wasn't rude, but was she was giving me a hard time about my returns, insisting that she can't accept my returns because there was a discount applied (she assumed that I was returning Sale items, which I was not). The reason there was a discount applied to my items is not because they were on sale, but because I purchased them through my H&M member account (H&M members sometimes get discounts, which is part of the appeal of being a member). Anyway, I explained this to her and she finally accepted my returns, but it was like pulling teeth.What really ruined my experience at this location was the rude look I got from the supervisor/manager... You don't stare at people like that, let alone a customer at your store. Will most certainly NOT be returning to this location.

AMAZING customer service given by associate, Isabella, on June 13 in the Ladies Department. Isabella went above-and-beyond to ensure that I found the most flattering styles for my body type. She exercised great deal of professionalism and provided excellent customer service. She had a great knowledge of fashion, and offered practical suggestions regarding clothing that was most complementary to my body type. A+++ for the great experience. This is why I travel from Toronto to shop in Oakville.

Used to really like this places for trend shopping but they have lost their charm in that aspect and everytime I've gone in the past year I've not seen a single thing I have liked.

Literally 25min on the check out today. Staff is always slow checking out, today was another level.

Good collection, variety of models and design. I went for a shirt and ended with much more. The offers also add attraction and value. Recommended.

Affordable, good quality clothes that look more expensive than they cost but you have to really look around to find things that work if you are looking for more youthful styles. I've bought an affordable linen suit for an impromptu interview that I was super happy with!

Horrible store manager (date 25 Nov 2022, 2pm). My experience was so unpleasant today only because of the rude store manager. All the other staff of the store were very well behaved and kind, who guided me to purchase the set of garments in a way that I get maximum discount. But when this came to the notice of the store manager (oakville place) he just lashed out at me as if I have sinned. I clearly want to let that person know, we are paying to buy the products here, you have no rights to disrespect a customer. Being a manager of such a huge store, how did he forget ethics of talking to someone. I do not know a portal where I can raise my voice about this intolerable behaviour thus typing it all here. I hope this comment reaches the right person.
