Best Kids Store in Vancouver!!TJ’s is amazing and had the best customer service in town. Not only is it family owned and operated they price match so you can give your money to a small business that appreciates it. I can not say enough that their selection is as good or better then the other option in town. The customer service is top notch. Like seriously they even had a free BBQ for customers on Father’s Day. Definitely can’t say that for the other options and I visited them all on Father’s Day. I searched all around town for a car seat carrier and every other store option had overpriced bags without any backpack strap options. Literally more expensive and with less options then what I could get on Amazon for 30$. Found an amazing one at TJ’s and they even had our car seat in store for us to test fit. I was amazed that they basically had all the options and then some of what the other high end exclusive stores were offering. I drove to this store but then found out that they even have a location in Kits. Will be taking all my business here from now. I can’t say how pleased I was with their service and selection, it was top notch!!!

Good place to find your baby stuff. Their prices are reasonable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. There are many choices for strollers, car seats, cribs, etc and they can give you clear demonstrations and explain to you the differences among each products. Staff not pushy and very helpful. Highly recommended for those soon-to-be parents" who know nothing about baby products. Good place to start."

We were looking for a stroller and we had a lot more questions than answers. On our first visit, Penny “held our hands” on all the elements we needed to consider. Oh gosh, she was so patient and knowledgeable. Her product knowledge is impeccable. It took us a few more days to decide, and on our second trip, Chad was so helpful with our final product questions, and we walked out with a stroller set. This is simply an amazing store and it is highly recommended!

I ordered a holiday gift for my niece but the package was damaged when it was shipped to my home. The product I bought was placed in a plastic bag so it was not well protected. I am a little disappointed with the packaging. There should be more care and thought into this.

Got a gift for a friend recently and was totally impressed with the service offered in this local baby store!Staff was attentive and knew exactly what a 1 year old would need without going over my budget. Didn’t even know it was here for all these years, but TJs will definitely be my go to baby gift store from now on, Thanks!

Got our stroller and car seat here on Canada Day at discounted prices and we couldn't be more happier. There are wide selections in store and the staff are approachable and pleasant to speak with. You can also check with the counter if you are looking for a particular item not in store and they can order it for you. Thinking of coming back to check on convertible cribs.

Amazing people and serviceHonestly I love this store so much. Not only we have gotten the best baby stuff like car seats, high chairs, nursing chairs over there but the people are the most helpful ever. They have your best interest in mind and you can trust that they will listen to you and give you their best opinions. Jennifer is such a sweetheart. Terrible and unacceptable business practices. I was overcharged on some items receipt compared to sticker. I called the store and Jay who happened to be my cashier also answered the phone. Jay was not particularly engaged nor apologetic. He never once said sorry.Jay first told me I had the option to drive back to the store for a refund or take store credit. After a lot of back and forth, Jay eventually figured out that he could take ownership to fix the error by calling monaris to issue a refund. That was a reasonable course of action except for the fact that when he called me back to let me know, he cared so little about clients and his mistake, he told me a refund was done and hung up on me before I got a word out.Amazon’s customer service is excellent. They apologize for errors, and they certainly have much more competitive pricing nor do they overcharge.

What an amazing store with super helpful and pleasant staff. Carla was very kind and accommodating to all our questions. There was no pressure to buy and we definitely learnt a lot as first time parents to be. Highly recommended!
