Matt is very thorough and will give you his honest, educated opinion. He saved us from purchasing a home with significant structural issues. In the end he assured us the house we bought was solid and made us aware of the minor things we would need to fix. His reports are very detailed with clear pictures and explanations. Matt is exactly the kind of person you want to inspect a home. We used him on 2 occasions when trying to buy our first home. As first time home-buyers, there is so much we don’t know. Matt spent 2 hours inspecting each property. His attention to detail is impeccable. He checks absolutely every inch of the home, all while being honest and extremely knowledgeable. Matt was recommended to my fiancée and I by our realtor. Matt replied promptly and had time for us the next day. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, giving us pointers and tips as he went throughout the house with us. Matt has done home inspections twice for a buyer client of ours. We are out of town Realtors, but this didn’t change the level of professionalism he offered. He was super responsive, punctual, and our client felt well protected in her purchase of a new home. He is also able to get reports to clients promptly which is so helpful so that buyers can make decisions within appropriate time frames.If you are a Realtor, you can easy referring your clients to use Matt. It’s so so important to select an inspector who is CAHPI licensed! I will save you the time trying to find one who services this area - cause Matt is the one you want :)
