Horrible.Bought 2 (GOOD) quality pillow top matress sets and the warranties. Before 6 months the pillows tops permently shift 3+ inches.When you call and leave messages at the store or for the manager NOBODY will call you back. (6×)Warranty does nothing after jumping through many hoops. It is all done electronically through pictures and measurements you take and send digitally. No personal interaction at all.Will never recommend this store or chain again.

We purchased the soft memory foam with adjustable bed frame Queen size.The whole thing from buying the bed to having it delivered went very smooth. I love my adjustable bed sure has made a difference

There is no doubt you guys are better in service. I forgot that lady name who served us for a good price mattress and people who came to deliver, they wore shoe mask, which is appreciated. while I am using your mattress, its too early to say about the product, so far so good.as the days goes by hoping mattress is good.

Went in to inquire about purchasing a memory foam mattress , as soon as I walked in a gentleman approached me and started helping me which was fine. The issue is half way through the conversation he all of a sudden passes me off to Sue, no explanation no reason just here’s Sue and she will look after you? I guess he thought I wasn’t worth his time. Well went to Ashley’s furniture got great service and bought a new bed. Sleep country won’t get my money or time again

Over the years I have purchased products from sleep country many times and for the most part have been very satisfied with the product and service. Was at this location with a friend recently and was impreseed by the sales associates friendliness and expert advice and service. I recommend this buisness for those shopping for bed furniture and seek selection and good service.

From the moment we stepped into sleep country, we knew it was good. Sales girl (Aylin, Hamilton) was fantastic. Took us to price range we were interested in, was helpful, friendly, she knew her stuff. Delivery went perfect., and exactly when they said it would arrive.Price was right. Bed is perfect. Sealy posturpedic. Not one negative thing to say

The staff was very helpful and nice. We bought our mattress and adjustable base here. We bought the base used and it had a small problem but they were very quick to resolve the issue.

My mattress arrived within three days of placing the order in store in Stoney Creek. It has most certainly given me much better support which in turn is helping with my sciatic pain. I had one of the marshmallow-type mattresses before. It felt amazing but no support for my back or spine so obviously not a good fit. My Sealy on the other hand is just the right balance of soft cushioning and firm underneath. I have not even had to adjust to it. It just does its job exceptionally well. I am glad I switched back to Sealy. Thanks Sleep country for making this change so easy.

As soon as we walked in the sales lady turned us off from buying a mattress there. First off, she did not give us a chance to tell her what we were looking for before she started her infomercial ranting her mouth off about all of the foam, spring etc, mattresses. Of course she showed us the $3000 to $4000 mattresses first so she could make a commission. We only wanted to look at the Sealy posturepedic mattresses and compare prices with the competition. Well, we got so tired of her not listening to us, we walked out and bought a mattress somewhere else much cheaper and less stressful than Sleep Country. We will never recommend them to anyone!
