Ellis Creek Dog Park
I was in town from port Coquitlam and just Googled dog parks . This one was easy to find and the dog owners there this morning were very nice , even helped me with directions to take hope princeton home. And of course the dogs were great as usual. Nice little park for the dogs

Very small fenced dog park. Not mich for grass either. A bit disappointing but our dog still had fun there.

Quiet dog park, water is still turned off and people leave a lot of garbage laying around. I always do a walk-through when I get there and pick up lots of garbage and recycling.

Ellis Creek Dog Park
It's a great location for me as I walk over with my dog Angus and get a stop at the creek. It's a simple fenced dirt yard with a few picnic tables and a water hose that is currently turned off. Good people seem to always be there with some fabulous dog friends. This is my Angus after our visit there.

Less grass and more sand that is ideal (especially when it rains you have a wet muddy dog rather than just a wet dog), but otherwise the frequent pups are friendly and playful. There are peak times where it's better to bring your dog, usually around noon and 3pm, most other times it's completely empty. Good because they have fresh water in the summer months and places to sit with shade.

Went there today, It was clean nice size and had water, But there was a two homeless encampments one of which had known thief’s and druggies going through in there area and didn’t feel the safest there

Dog Meet Ups" are one of the most awesome and enriching activities in the city! This park has a wonderful collection of dog friends and people to make your dog happy and have fun. This park could definitely use some evening lights. I recommend laying down some grass and a nearby coffee shop could be awesome.When this park is flooded with mud

Ellis Creek Dog Park
This fenced-off-leash dog park is literally under water right now because of snow & ice melt(01/29/2021). It needs a lot of fill to be usable, or maybe wait until it dries out after the winter. No reasonable owner would let their dog into this park to play. There may be some decent on-leash walking on the trail behind the park by the creek, but I didn't venture in to see because it was such a disaster getting there it would have taken me half an hour to get the dogs car-ready again.

This park has no grass. There is a bench and a picnic table. Waste pick up bags are available. I wish more people would pick up after their dogs more reliably.
