Kathy did an amazing job for us when we started the home buying process. She is excellent at assessing what we were hoping to find and did a phenomenal job during the home viewings. Kathy has an excellent eye for detail and provided very welcome insights during our visits. She won't hesitate to give you an honest assessment - making clear what the benefits and challenges are of the properties being shown.On several occasions we asked for recommended experts to aid in the purchase process (home inspection, mortgage broker) and they were rock solid. KATHY KNOWS HER STUFF!We learned a lot during each of our meet-ups and I can't imagine calling anyone else for future real estate needs - she is a pleasure to work with and is highly recommended!
