Delicious and high quality bubble tea. Everything was fresh. We got a fruit tea and a milk tea with tapioca pearls and you can tell they were freshly prepared. I also got the matcha bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream and tapioca and it was really tasty. We also enjoyed the claw machines that had really cute toys.

Very clean shop and have lots of claw machines. They stock I’m the machines with good quality plushies. We won a few already.The drink menu is extensive and have lots of items that other shops don’t offer which is great. It’s definitely a great addition to Downtown London.The Bubble Waffle and the Cranberry Butterfly Pea Drink are my favourite and would recommend to others to give it a try.

Came in here to drink some tea and was surprised to see it is more or less a bubble tea shop. Clean and brand new interior decor in what you might call the Japanese style. Lots of plush toys arcade game booths which suggests they hope to appeal to the young couples demographic. Fun and wonky.

The place can carve out a nice niche for itself in the ever growing domination of boba shops in London.Ordered their April specials, a Magic Cube Milk Tea, and a Passion Fruit Green Tea with agar bubble. Also ordered a regular egg waffle and a match egg waffle.There's a self-order machine but it doesn't have the whole menu such as the egg waffles.Both drinks were heavy on tea flavour in a good way. The green tea tasted a bit over-steeped for my liking. The milk tea had a nice herbal and floral flavour. All the toppings are great.Their eggs waffles were disappointing. The matcha didn't have much flavour and was sweeter than the regular one. Between the two the regular is much better with good eggy flavours.

Their milk tea is very tasty and delicious! The atmosphere is very chill and they have a very cute mini “arcade”! Love it!

Great bubble tea! Highly recommend the egg waffles!There's not that much seating, but the interior is cool - several claw machines to have some fun with. Staff are friendly and store is clean!

When I was living in Mississauga, always ordered Kung Fu tea, so happy they opened up in London.Their monthly promotions usually have 4 different drinks for you to choose from, unlike Coco or chatime(1 drink for the entire month).38 King milk tea is my all time favorite!They use honey for the sweetness, which I think it's better than plain sugar and more cost for the store too.Definitely give it a try, won't be disappointed.
