Love this place! The staff is wonderful and so friendly! My daughter is always excited to be there. I fully trust that the staff is looking after her and creating a great environment for all the kiddos!

My daughter is considered a “COVID” baby, she was born 3 weeks early and during the pandemic. So while her first year of life, was at home due to all the lockdowns. She was very timid, shy and was not opened to meeting new people (including children). This absolutely broke my heart, that the pandemic unfortunately hindered my daughter’s social development. She’s been with Growing minds since 16 months old. In Toddler One, she’s been thriving in her own beautiful way. She’s confident, silly, and sweet! She loves her friends and teachers! Speaks full sentences and has really shown her beautiful personality. It took some time, but to see her absolutely thrive in a safe, nurturing and fun environment. I couldn’t be more happy with the care she receives at Growing Minds. The staff are polite, follow their protocols and procedures because it keeps the littles in their care safe and themselves. They do their absolutely best and deal with issues that arise appropriately . I think parents forget that the staff are human too and are taking care of our littles. They really do provide a safe and fun environment packed with learning activities and play! I’m all for advocating for our children, but in a professional and respectful manner! My experience has been a positive one and we’ve had past situations with unprovoked biting from other littles, and it’s always safely and promptly resolved by the teachers and management. I would definitely recommend Growing Minds, as the staff really do care and absolutely do their best!

We started sending our little one to Growing Minds at 13 months. The staff were incredible throughout the transition and helped us make a seamless adjustment into full time care. Expressed empathy, showed patience and even helped educate us along the way.We especially appreciate and enjoy the development specific activities, receiving updates regularly through the sandbox app, and the level of care and concern shown to each child that comes through the centre.I would highly recommend Growing Minds to any parent or family looking for care for their little one. White glove service with a smile, these ladies are phenomenal as is their program(s) and facility.

My child has been attending this centre since the age of 2. The staff are friendly, accommodating, respectful & knowledgeable. Their communication through the app daily & by email/phone if necessary is always appreciated.The centre is a clean, inviting space for children to play & learn.I feel confident leaving my child in the care of Growing Minds while I am working.Thank you for all you do - it does not go unnoticed.

A home away from home for our little one! I can’t recommend Growing Minds enough. From the time my daughter started, they have been supportive and have done everything possible to make her feel welcome and safe. The staff are incredible, always keeping us fully up to date on her care and treat her as an individual with her own unique needs. They are always coming up with new, fun activities for the kids that are entertaining and mentally stimulating. My daughter is so excited to get there every morning! So grateful we found this incredible daycare!

By far the most unaccommodating daycares. They have no respect for the safety, health and well-being of the children. They allow the kids to bully one another, hitting, biting speaking rudely to one another…I could go on.My daughter has asthma and with the forest fires the air quality has been poor and making it difficult for her to breathe to which I asked if she could stay in during outdoor play to which they denied.They take the children out of the daycare centre without notifying the parents. They make decisions for the children without consulting the parent before hand. I’ve witnessed firsthand the staff yelling at the children on multiple occasions.The issues are endless.I seriously recommend finding childcare elsewhere.

Being a new mom and had just moved from the Niagara Region a year ago, Growing Minds has exceeded all my expectations when it comes to a daycare. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Ally has grown so much since being here and continues to learn so much!! Ally loves all of her friends and teachers and is always excited to go. ❤️

I highly recommend Growing Minds! From the loving teachers, constant updates and fun atmosphere; it has my daughter running to daycare every single morning! She started during COVID and growing minds was so accommodating with taking her in last minute due to my work. I could not be happier that she gets that safe and happy space everyday, it’s been about 2 years now and easily the best decision I’ve made!
