I have seen both Natasha and Paula for massage therapy. They're both amazing and friendly and leave me feeling much better after each visit, I would highly recommend! They are also taking good precautions with covid so I feel safe going there.

I can't say enough about this business and, in particular, Valerie Jol, RMT. I came to her in extreme pain with a frozen shoulder. She worked with me throughout the process and adjusted her massage therapy according to my progress, all while offering me suggestions for stretching and truly understanding my pain tolerance. Valerie is very professional and understanding. If you have a frozen shoulder or acute shoulder tendinitis, Valerie would be the person to see.
