Letterlock (Fedex, DHL, Canada Post, Purolator, Loomis)

They're reliable and have been a comfortable experience each time I've been there. Very professional and organized which makes the experience of picking up mail as good as it can be.

Had to pickup my package that was not delivered properly by a incompetent company.Ask them to borrow a measuring tape. The friendliness I received WOW!!! She was not friendly at all. Sorry you didn't make any money from me!!!!

Kinda funny when my credit card company ask to FAX some documents, lol. Phone around and was fortunate to learn Letterlock provided fax services! Gr8 service and highly recommended for other services they provide, from mail box rental and many more, Check them out!

I love that they can build the box to fit your package! And they are so reasonable. The staff is helpful and friendly and I feel secure that the package will arrived as mailed.

Staff needs to learn manners, and the business needs to be more organized. I could write a book on the times my emails were ignored, staff was unnecessarily rude and confrontational and the times policies and hours changed without any warning. I was a regular weekly business customer for 3 years until today when they decided to change their prices without warning again and charged a much higher amount to my CC they have on file without warning or my permission. You have no right to use my CC without my consent. PERIOD. I have decided to go with the competitor (Chit Chats) because their drop off service to Washington is the same as Letterlock for a fraction of the cost and they pick up from your home or business. Most importantly they are so nice and make you feel so welcome and appreciated. This shouldn't be too much to ask for but apparently it was at LL. I'm just so so happy I won't have to deal with them ever again! Yaay me!

Awesome friendly people. Buy an American stamp and they will drive your letter across the boarder and mail it for you, for the same price as Canada Post. What is there ti think about? Fast delivery or two weeks with Canada Post?

They take advantage of every holiday possible to close their post office. Their service is wavering unbelievably. It's absolutely unreal the amount of times I've gone to this place only for it to be closed with absolutely no notice beforehand.

Found this company by chance, when I was looking to post something important to India. They treated my post with great interest and took extra care to make sure that everything was done right (address, phone number etc.,) so that the post is delivered.Great customer service!
