We moved to the Stonegate area in Airdrie recently and were very happy to have a Pet Planet that's walking distance from our house. The staff are very friendly and the store is always clean and well-maintained. They're always happy to give our dog free treats when he comes with us. My only gripe is that they don't have more stuff for bunnies (like hay, etc.)

I love this pet store! The staff are friendly and they always remember me and my husband and our two dogs. The manger even helped me take a purchase home when I needed the extra set of hands. I will always be returning to this store as any go to place for dog treats and accessories.

Truly do not know how these reviews about friendly and helpful staff could possibly be for this location. Or I just happened to be unlucky to have stopped in when the same miserable woman is working. Rolling eyes at customers, acting like making a purchase at the register has completely put her out, just beyond rude service. We were excited when we moved into the neighborhood to have a place nearby but after receiving such continuously rude service, we will drive a bit further to go to a store that appreciates the business.

Was just in this location for the first time visiting this Brand! We had a miserable young woman serving us at the til.She never greeted us or even make an attempt to say hi to my friendly corgi! Who dosent like corgis. She's in the wrong occupation!I will definitely not be back! If thus was my business, she would no longer be there, sorry to sayan attempt to great
