The team was amazing, cant thank them enough. They were informative and worked with the greatest of care and quality. Kar and Daniel even went above and beyond with every detail. We have a daughter with a terminal illness and wanted a Split AC in her room for a long time, this was definitely the team to have. They were caring and followed our small protocols to ease our concerns. we got a 12000 Btu unit installed and we love it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Anthony and his team came to replace our old thermopump on the last heatwave with a brand new Franklin, warrantied 10 years. He also cleaned our 2nd one. Absolutely flawless, proper installation, went above and beyond in the installation, quality of hardware used, proper electric cables matching the construction code, very rare these days to find this level of care. I was ready to pay whatever the asking price to support this way of working, family owned business. No one is even close.

I’ve known Anthony for quite some time. He came once to check out my unit when it was on the fritz and gave some really good advice. We ended up changing it out and now we have a new one. He just recently passed to clean my new unit after 5 years. Just to say he is always professional and on time. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Provided tips and tricks to keep my unit in working order.As a realtor I always refer him to my clients who need assistance. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else!Keep up the great work!

I left the AC unit in my condo on overnight (summer weather started 20+ degrees Celsius) and the next morning found a puddle of water underneath. I contacted Anthony from ACG with pictures and he identified the problem right away. He then instructed me with a step by step of how to handle it and even followed up with me the next day to ensure it was handled. Very appreciative of how responsive and helpful he was! And so grateful I don’t have to spend the next few days without AC!
