The sales associate we had was very patient and attentive. We tried MULTIPLE sizes in different styles. She was quick with getting sizes and was not annoyed at all.They carry different models/ similar style with different names than the retail boutiques. We got a 50% off + additional 25% off on the boots.5050 look alike was called the city boot (as tried on in picture)Tieland look alike was called Genna 60 city boot.Great experience overall.

Terrible customer service!!I bought a pair of sandals from SW about a month ago (which I really loved), however the leather peeled off/was torn in multiple spots after wearing them for just a few times. I was really not expecting this from SW!!! I took the pair back to the store, hoping to exchange/return them. The sales lady told me that she could not help because this was clearly not a manufacturing defect !! (srsly? who buys a pair like this??)She was rude and not helpful. When I asked to talk to the manager, she said the manager is on sick leave. She called the manager and spoke to her in a foreign language, mockingly and hung up and told me they obviously cant take this back or do anything about it and that clearly I had not worn them properly!!This has never happened to any pair of shoes I own before and certainly very disappointing from SW shoes esp given I bought them very recently and SW still has it on display !! I am trying to get a hang of the Canada SW customer service as this store had the worst service ever and is no helpful at all!

Alyssia was extremely helpful in helping me pick out some shoes for my mother. She provided exceptional service and showed all the shoes within my budget. This was some of the most amazing customer service I have ever had! In the future, if you visit this store I recommend Alyssia!

The sales associates was so attentive and professional helping me find the perfect shoe! First thing I walk in I see big smiles and nice greetings from the girls, they are super helpful and polite. Even though there are limited sizes in the styles I was originally looking for but the girls kept showing me different options and I finally chose 2 pairs of sandals!At the end the girl carried my purchase all the way to the door to send me off and the next day I got a thank you email from her.Super great shopping experiences at this store!

Recently went shopping for some higher end shoes for my mothers birthday. Was helped by Alyssia Yang and had a wonderful experience. After showing her a few photos of my mom and the outfits that she tends to wear, Alyssia was able to successfully help me pick out some shoes that would compliment her style and looks. 10/10 experience and would recommend if you shop here ask for Alyssia Yang.

Sales associates will prioritize their online clients over you, even if you’re the only customer in the store. Aside from the sales associate that finally helped grab my boot size and helped with my purchase, the others were too busy on their phones to give me any time of day (I was the only customer in the store when I was browsing btw). They didn’t seem to have more time than to reply with a simple “no” when I asked if one of the boots were available in my size or if it could be ordered - no further explanation at all or ETA. One of them was very curt with me as she fiddled around with the cash till. When I was ready to check out, I had to wait another 15 minutes as I was told both transaction tills were busy. I was the only customer in store trying to make a purchase though. Meanwhile, I watched as one of the sales associates felt it was okay to put her entire body weight on my boot box while she typed away on her cellphone. Oh and when I got home I discovered that my boots were previously purchased and returned because they forgot to remove the previous buyers’ receipt.Did not make me feel like a valued returning customer to the brand.

Had a great experience at SW with the help of Roxanna :) I first met her on Black Friday Sale, and she was super busy time. But she was still in a very calm mood and positive attitude to help each of the client, which I am really admire. After that, she helped me with getting two different shoes and they were all really fit. Thanks Roxanna!

Confused at the reviews here because I had a great experience at this outlet store. SAs were friendly and welcoming. The bridal heels I wanted had a stain on them, and the SA tried fixing it herself twice. When that failed, she checked their inventory and ordered me a new pair (with the 70% off!) directly to my house, which arrived in 4 days in pristine condition. One star off for not being able to hold while I had to step out of the store quickly.

Had a great experience at SW with the help of Roxanna :) She listened to my needs and was very patient when I had many questions/concerns due to sizing. When the shoes came, they were the right size and looked amazing! Cannot wait to wear them out once the weather gets better and will definitely be coming back and recommend to others
