They changed my exisiting plan without asking me and now i have to drive back 25 kms to the store just to clarify. Very rude staff and they will try to misinform you so please check all the offers online and then go to the store.

Poor service I went to other location mississauga they were very friendly no wonder why there is no customers in the store .Sales representative have no soft skills. I live close to the store so been there but I will never go there again .I was served by associate named DISHA never will go back to the store Unprofessional store the management have to look into it

Best buy has to pay its employees more if its too much of a burden to pick up the phone. The website showed this location had 1 samsung s22 black 256gb in stock. I tried calling to confirm quantity and to put it aside for me.(Couldnt purchase online and pick up in store because paying cash). My first call was at 11am called every 15 mins until 3pm when i decide to make the journey to buy the phone. Drive 30 mins to be told its be held for someone else. Now i had to drive another 30 min back home just to waste an hour. All of which could have been avoided if someone just picked up a phone call. Whats the point of having a number posted on google and bestbuy website if no one picks up. Please do better for other customers and dont waste their time.

Very bad customer service . was there to buy HP Laptop and having the price match with HP, the one rep. told we will match the price but when i went for checkout the took 30 minutes to decide the price match and disagree to do so. The rep. was very rude and they don't know their own policies.
