Would not recommend this company to anyone. Constantly felt like we were being scammed, landlord liked showing up unannounced, still waiting for my key deposit/a response from them weeks after moving out.

We had an absolutely great experience with Liz Wieler and Highpoint. Any students at Queen’s University looking for a great location to live should look no further. Liz is fantastic to work with and so genuinely caring about the students.

Complete money grab. I would never recommend highpoint to anyone, be very careful signing your lease.

I have been a tenant with Highpoint this 2017-2018 year and have had a great experience. Maintenance and the Highpoint Team as a whole have been very punctual in responding to emails and troubleshooting issues. They also made sure to check in on the house while we were away for the holidays which made us not worry about the pipes freezing or potential break-ins.

I've been a tenant with High Point for the past 6 years and have been very happy with the service. I decided to stay with them as a rental company when I started grad school at Queen's because of how impressed I was in my undergrad. The units are nice, well taken care of, and they are always quick to make any requested repairs. I have had several situations where I needed emergency repairs and they are always responsive and get someone in quickly. Great service all around!!

So far very happy with Highpoint's service, we had a few minor issues upon entering our house but Highpoint was quick to respond and fix these issues. They also provided great and professional service throughout the leasing process.

Building not complete at time of rental agreement. No garbage shoot, small rooms that don’t accommodate a desk and double bed very easily, noisy air conditioning, no air conditioning in hallway or elevator, outside patio not finished, gym locked, promised indoor parking not supplied as per agreement, water continues to be shut off on various days. Construction closed the street to the only entrance way to the elevatorsReally disappointed with the management of Highpoint Kingston.

The property is in great conditions. Manager is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.
