Montfort Mediterranean Grill
I loved the original Monfort location in Burlington and thought I would try this location since I haven’t had it in a while. BIG MISTAKE!!! I went at lunch, they had the biggest line up in the food pavilion but I was willing to wait, so I did. I got up to the cashier and placed my order (1 person), the cashier looked at the woman making the food and she said ‘no, it’s not worth it to us. It’s not worth our time’ and the woman at the cash said “you need to order more for us to want to make it”.I honestly was so appalled with these two women. They were so rude and their tone was so digusting and degrading! Even the woman who ordered before me (she had a list of orders so she got served) said ‘pardon me?’ to them and the woman making the food literally brushed me off (you know that hand gesture). I walked out in literal shock. I guess the one positive thing is me not supporting them with my money I was wanting to give them for food. My first time there and clearly my last!I would give negative stars if I could.Ladies working there, a positive attitude goes a long way. You’ll be making minimum wage forever if you keep up your garbage attitude service.

Got chicken shawarma on the rocks with a side, Greek salad dinner. The chicken and rice were dry and very stingy on the white sauce. The salad tasted like bag salad and tasted really off, will not be returning.

This is the best Montfort location out of the several I have visited. Service and quality are excellent. They put a smile on my face and in my belly! I love the shwarma chicken greek salad. It is a big enough portion for 2 people and a tasty way to get your veggies.

Very sarcastic and rude cashier person. Do you know how to be courteous? We are your customer not your enemy?!?! They used to give extra garlic for free and now they are charging extra $1 or .99 for this much sauce only. Wow! I dont mind paying extra sauce but you only put half from a small container only. What a ripped off!!!

This location at Barton Centre is the best Montforts I’ve had ! The food is always super fresh , the staff are wonderful and friendly and service is awesome ! I will go out of my way to go to this location !

Montfort Mediterranean Grill
Due to health / dietary reasons I eat a largely meat and vegetable based diet. As you can imagine this makes eating out kind of difficult. One day I went to this location and asked if they would serve me just a side of chicken. They said no problem and I paid what they asked. I was happy to have found a fast food restaurant that could accommodate me. I ordered this quite a few times when I was in the area. Today I went and tried to order my usual and the woman working was so rude. She says they won't do that and they've never done that. She offered only to charge me for a full meal but leave everything out except the meat but I would have to pay for the whole meal.I explained again that I've ordered this many times. That their menu has a add side chicken" option. I would just like to order that portion of meat but couldn't handle the veggies or wrap at the moment.She was so incredibly rude and refused to serve me so I left.No wonder they were the only restaurant in the whole food court without a line up"

Pretty good Shawarma plate but used to be better value. I do understand with inflation that food is more expensive but they give you a full plate of Rice and a couple pinches of chicken. It used to be a better amount of food. Add more chicken and raise the price, its good shawarma I will happily pay more for a more fair portion.

The old guy is too loud! I can hear him across the entire food court. I will never eat there as he's a little scary and way too loud. The wife is getting too fat. Where's the daughter lately with all the ugly tattoos? Bet her parents are proud of her.

Montfort Mediterranean Grill
Used to go here all the time when I lived closer. Havent been in few years. Was there today again and the food was amazing, the prices are amazing, and the staff is amazing. Everyone working there is always in a good mood, smiling, happy, joking around. The prices are fantastic. The amount of food they give is a lot! The taste of the food is 10/10. All around a solid 10/10 for every aspect of this business. I hope they continue to do well and I will pop in every time I am in the area. The older man that cooks the meats is hilarious and always in a good mood. I find it amazing that years later I come back and its the same staff with exact same good moods and good quality. Keep it up !! Happy for you guys.
