Great selection of fun activities to do! High ropes course was super fun! Birthday party room was quite plain and kids were bored waiting for food. Floor manager was super friendly as was our party host, but rest of employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. VR games were a huge hit and choosing prizes at the end was major fun!

It’s a good place for kids and they kill a lot of time here but crowd is very rude and don’t have little bit of courtesy. Not friendly at all. Families with little kids should avoid visiting during peak time/days/long weekends

Great place, lots of fun. I really liked the Time Based pass. It was 2 hours of play time for pretty cheap. Only difference is you don't get to win tokens to redeem for prizes, which I didn't care about the prizes so it made lots of sense.

A really awesome place for kids. We joined a birthday party and it was lovely. The food was great, the staff are really nice and there is a wide selection of arcade games. The bowling looks really fun to do. The credits per game and ticket reward are also quite reasonable. All in all, I think it is a candidate for my son’s next birthday. Final note, the place is also very clean and well taken care off.

Went for the very first time here and had a great time! I just wish the VR room was open, could’ve spent more time for adult games than regular arcade. Overall I had fun and would love to come again!

Not too crowded on a late-afternoon weekend. Pump It Up" game machine is well-maintained

It was very good! Prices were reasonable. They even had a VR stadium with multiple games! Taking my kids here was well worth it, the services was nice too. I got this for only 400 tickets! Definitely would recommend in your free time. Thank you

Great experience the Playdium on a Saturday afternoon. We went there for a 5-year old birthday party. I always thought Playdium is for teenagers but it turned out it could be really fun for the younger ones too.They try to make bowling fun for the family with these ramps we’re younger kids could roll their balls down to the lane.There were also other games to grab toys, to fish, to kick soccers amongst all the other fun arcade games.Every kid get a waist band with a card that can be used to load credits and collect electronic tickets.The whole place was packed but still clean and well maintained. Loved the fact that they had coat check as well.We wanted to try the trekking (not sure if that’s what it’s called) but the wait time was 2 hours.The place where kids can redeem goodies with their tickets was like a shop. The whole experience was nice.Highly recommend it.

We booked my son's 7th birthday party at Playdium Whitby. The facilities (party room, bathrooms, lobby) were very spacious and clean. The food options were great for the party packages. We were able to very easily order additional food on the spot for parents who decided to stay for the party. The hosts took care of everything and were so engaging and friendly. Everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend for group gatherings!

Went for the first time today and it was pretty awesome. We loved how most of the games were interactive and allowed for an odd number of friends to all play together. We didn’t try the trekking course that went throughout the ceiling but that will be on the top of our list next time we’re back. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable food prices and the options. Can’t wait to go back!
