Durham Emission Testing Facility

This place really understands customer service! Fast service, excellent diagnostics, great pricing. Definitely the best in eastern GTA and Durham Region.

Nice owner and very efficient. Pretty dirty inside, not that that matters. Had me back on the road in minutes.

Went in for an emissions test, shop was closed without notice posted online or at shop location. I would not recommend visiting any time soon as it seems like this location is closed down. Try the facility on Kingston road in the plaza with car star and mr lube.

This facility is efficient and service is fast and prompt. Emissions testing is fast and hassle free. Been there a few times and always get the same level of dedicated service. Call ahead and arrange for an appointment. The location is easily accessible from the 401. They also do body work for all types of cars. Five star rating for professionalism.

When the place I normally use was having issues reading from my cars ODB II port I went here. The service was much faster and they had two machines setup for E-testing. Will be going here from now on!

I was not aware of new changes to the e testing of motor vehichles, nor did the staff notify me, just came to me 5 minutes later and said that my car failed with no explanation, and told me that I would have to get it fixed and they would charge me half price upon re-testing, went back after repairs, was told it would be full price, without receipts proving repairs? Was spoken to very rudely by lady owner/operator, will not be using this facility again nor will I refer this facility to anyone, messy unprofessional and rude most of all!! Not a money issue, principle, manners and educating customers on changes in testing go a long way, this facility has none of the above, I guess this is what happens when a place is busy and treats customers like an assembly line production! No thank you, will gladly pay full price somewhere else a 2nd time rather than to deal with this type of rude complacency!!!!

I've dealt with this organization for many many years and I find that it is a great place to get an unbiased emission test. The only do emission test so it would be in their best benefit to do it fairly and honestly. This place is quick fast efficient and most of all very friendly I recommend them to anyone.
