Great VET... So caring and down to earth. Had our little dog spayed and the whole process was perfect. So pleased we have such a wonderful professional to look after our fur babies. Highly recommend this clinic.

They took great care of my Rottie when she was spayed. This is the best Veterinary Service, Dr. Ibrahim was a wonderful vet in Gravenhurst and so glad that he is now up this way as well.

My dog got her shots. The Veterinarian was very good. Left one part out of the shots, that gave her a reaction last time. I am very satisfied with the service I get for my pet here.

The best place to take your animal best care. Our Benny wouldn't even go through the door the first couple of times. He's only 22 months 75 pounds. The vet was great with him. Today he went right in.

Went to this place today June 16th 2023 to get my female Jack Russell spayed. Got there at 9:10 am with the sign on door saying open at 10am but the open sign was on. I was quoted a price several months ago for $550. because she weighed 15lbs or less. The older lady was not the person I had talked to previous. She seemed confused and the older man on the phone was evidently the doctor to my surprise. Nothing about the atmosphere of this veterinary services clinic look professional !! It was dirty inside with hair all over the weigh scale that they weighed my little girl on. The place was very sketchy looking which got my hair on my back up. The man asked when she was vaccinated and I said late 2021. Well it was early 2022 as I called my own vets office in Parrysound...Georgian animal hospital. He said that wasn't good enough she had to have more vaccines. I said was quoted 550. Dollars and told them she was good for another 2yrs and he just wanted to argue. I said you know what I'm leaving this place right now forget about it. " I learned a VERY VALUABLE LESSON TODAY that you only get what you pay for. A CLEAN PROFESSIONAL VETERINARIAN CLINIC might cost a little more but it's worth it. Don't be taken in by what the internet reviews and pictures tell you"
