All of Andrew Oh's reviews synchronize with my experience. 5 stars and more...I called with Disability/Pension questions within a very grey area of our law/s, which had resulted in limited direction from seemingly specific advocacy & professional resources. In this area of law, with so many individuals in need of representation at this time, I did not expect a reply.Andrew called at just the right time. He communicated with compassion, understanding, perspective, & insight. My heart actually went from despair to hope, and I was left with a sense of direction. It is a rare find these days to find someone who shares their intellect generously. He truly has a uniquely contextual, common-sense approach of thinking mixed with an educated and linear focus you would expect from someone in his profession.One cannot put a dollar value on this experience; in a word, it was invaluable. Andrew C.K. Oh is not only a good Lawyer but a good person. His extensive knowledge of Human Rights and the Human Rights Tribunal complaint process is valuable and very thorough. When having to make a Human Rights complaint, your dignity and self worth are already compromised but Andrew helped me to understand my rights, and advocate along side me. He helped me to go from a victim to a victor.He was patient, non judgmental and took my concerns seriously. Andrew explained my options, was honest and forthright. My faith in having an honest lawyer was restored; he was more concerned about results than the maximum amount of billable hours. I highly recommend Andrew, you will not be disappointed.
