I've been living in Windsor Arms for three years and it has been a great experience so far..The apartment is spacious and renovated with a good layout.The building manager and staff are friendly and helpful.. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.I strongly recommend Windsor Arms for anyone who’s interested in modern apartment yet great location..

Our caretaker Catarina is the sunshine of Windsor Arms, she brought to us her knowledge and ability to be with us when we need her, she is always in the office and can always count on her for help, follows policy of Hazelview And informs us about the rules of the building, her presence makes me and the rest of the building so happy to have her, thank you very much for bringing her to Windsor! And let’s not forget about our maintenance Zal, he helps right away, is so polite and professional and we are very happy to have him as well, thank you management. Happy to be here at Windsor, it’s my forever home

Great location with convenient access to the park and other amenities. Building manager is very responsive and always happy to assist with any issues. Apartment is newly renovated and tastefully updated. Services are down quite frequently due to updating. Balcony lights keep many residents up throughout the night due to poor placement/lack of control of the lighting.

I have lived in this building for close to 20 years, only having moved out for 1 year then was able to move back in. It is a great building with a great location, the new ownership and management has been doing a lot to upgrade and give nice amenities for the tenants and they are very quick to respond to any questions or emergencies. Also snow is pretty from the 12th floor ;)

Great downtown apartment. My parents lived here for years and enjoyed it. They needed to move to a seniors residence. Once they have moved out the new management is now renovating the suites. Half this building looks out on the river valley.

I have lived in the Windsor Arms building for 14 yrs. It is the nicest building in Edmonton. I never have any problems and the tenants are friendly and peaceful. The surroundings are the best. It's where anybody can come and enjoy it. It is close to everything. I appreciate all the care and maintenance being done for our comfort and safety. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Keep up the good work.

We have been living at Windsor Arms for about a year now. We really enjoy the management. The building is clean and well maintained. The view is amazing. We really enjoy living here. And it’s pet friendly which is awesome.
