We ordered chesse grill melt sandwich they gave us that sandwich with bacon we don’t eat meat at all. It seems like they are always in so rush and do things wrong. Sometimes I order mocha iced cap they don’t put whipped cream on it.

HiI ordered 3 homestyle biscuit and asked about to toasted she just hand over without toast I asked the lady please I need it toast she said we did it I said it's not at all hot you can check. That lady said next time you need to say I need double toasted. Really very poor service.

Service is always good. However the product is always not so good. I could not even eat the extremely stale bagel I received as it was way too hard. (Not toasted even!) The amount of cream cheese was overwhelming also. I had to scrape 85% of it off. And my order seems to always be this way.

The Tisdale Tim's was very disappointing. When I walked in I was the only one in and no one in the drive thru. I ordered 2 coffee. 4 people walked in after me and were served there food first, and 2 drive thru people first. Then they gave me the wrong order. Not very impressed

Incredibly disappointed in this location. Apart from the cleanliness being below what I would expect walking in, they also didn’t complete my order (a cilantro lime chicken bowl) correctly. They didn’t put tomatoes, cucumbers, OR the cilantro lime sauce. All it had was chicken lettuce and rice. Upon going back in to have it corrected they adamantly refused to do anything about it and ended up only adding some sauce onto it, but refused to put any cucumber or tomatoes on it. I will never go back to this location again. The amount of rudeness we received for something that should have been a quick and easy fix was extremely disheartening. As the years go on I’m finishing any experience with Tim hortons to be more and more like this.
