Nicevan Construction

I hired Nicevan Construction to install railings at my home. Milad actually answered the phone the first time I called (so refreshing these days) and came by later that evening to start his quotation. Milad was very helpful with providing recommendations as to the type of railings I should install. This was the last step of an enormous 3+year project and I am so grateful that I hired Milad for this. I have to say that of all the Contractors I dealt with throughout this project Milad was the most efficient; he did what he promised, showed up when he promised and the price was extremely fair! In addition, when I called for my final inspection the West Vancouver Inspector commented on how nice my railings were and noted that it was probably the first time that he could remember passing glass railings on the first inspection. Nice Job Milad and crew I am so happy with your service and would not hesitate to recommend you and your company to everyone! You do beautiful work and I wish you great success in the future!

Milad did an amazing project in our house in North Van! Great quality of work and even better quality of railing. Great service and very knowledgable team! One of the worst experiences I had with these guys, you do not know who the owner is and who is not! Everyone claims that he is the owner! I have got three different quotes from these guys for my glass railing in three consecutive days and again I was ok with that, but they supposed to come for site visit numerous times and no body shows up!! They just burn daylighted and that’s how they treat their customer. I am wonder where that five-star reviews comes from; I am not recommending them.

Milad and team did an excellent job with a gorgeous new stair railing/glass. From initial consult, email communication, to the actual work these guys are first class. Fair pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend.
