Top-notch customer service. I emailed them with a question about a product, and Marc-Olivier replied right away not only answering my question, but also providing valuable insight on gear safety. My partner bought some cams and when there was an issue with his order, Marc-Olivier phoned him personally to sort it out.

Awesome shop owned and run by climbers and members of the community. Great selection of gear that's hard to find in Canada and North America in general. I've ordered gear from them a number of times and it's always been a good experience. Orders are completed fast. Emails are answered promptly and Marc gives great advice on the gear.

Have only ordered online, but my experience was so good, wanted to leave a review. Huge selection of hard to find gear. Communication was quick and clear. Shipping was fast. They have discounts on some items that never go on sale (at least in Canada).

Verti Call is amazing. Great selection of gear, awesome prices, and Marc is super helpful. This is the real deal - a great business ran by a member of the climbing community who gives back in very meaningful ways. I love this company! My husband ordered us some Totem cams and it was so easy. The guy was polite and quick to respond. It shipped out ASAP and got to us in WV, USA super quickly. They have a fabulous reputation in the rock climbing world.

Excellent online store. They stock a large variety of hard-to-find climbing items in Canada such as Krukonogi and Totem. My order was delayed due to Covid complications and Marc-Olivier updated me several times on its status and even included some extra accessories when it arrived. Very pleasant customer service, truly cares about climbers.
