Van Air Taxi

Our elderly driver was very jerky on his braking and acceleration, meaning we couldn’t sleep on the 2 hr journey. When we called for the return trip, the owner accused us of not tipping him (which we reluctantly had!) and decided against using them again due to the owner’s rudeness and the poor quality of their driver.

I had a wonderful experience with an airport pickup definitely recommend they were prompt great communication and the driver was courteous and friendly

Aggressive, rude, horn happy drivers who think them being on the road is more important than the rest of the world.

Extremely rude to my teenage daughter who was looking for a cab and was hung up on.

Booking a ride to the airport took 10 minutes because the gentleman was cooking lunch. The ride was booked for my aunt who was returning home to Europe. Not being familiar with our tipping practices, she only tipped $5. I found this out because the owner called me to find out why so little a tip? He was adamant that the driver is underpaid and therefore relied on reasonable tips to maintain a decent wage. I agreed to e-transfer an additional $20 which he assured me would go to the driver.After receiving a notification to rate the business, I gave it 1 star. Guess what? Dude calls me again! I would have reduced his rating to 0 stars but can't. As a result I blocked his number. I'll be using a more professional service next time.
