Victoria Tow Truck Service
The guy who answered sounded intoxicated. Had to explain several times where I was and he was clueless until I provided a full address of a nearby building. Said they would be there within 15 minutes, but never actually showed up at all. I was forced to callback after an hour, but no answer. After multiple tries I never got an answer, and I recieved no callback whatsoever. Just awful, pathetic service.

I called them to assist my 70 year old parents who were stranded at the clinic as their truck wouldn’t start. They arrived within 20 minutes, instead of hooking it up, they asked what was wrong. They had it running in just a couple minutes without any charge. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Called for a jumpstart and they showed up with a tiny jumper box that didnt have the power to jump my truck.. literally wasted 2 hours of my time then I called a buddy to come and do it and that was free instead of the 67$ they wanted to charge me... the only reason they dont get 1 star is the girl o the phone was SUPER nice and the guy that showed up was also SUPER nice. But I feel it was super over priced for something that SHOULD have taken 2 mins to do.... had they had jumper cables....

My car can’t start and i want to tow my car to the dealership to do an inspection, Steve arrived and helped me do a “jump start” for my car, save my $100 the towing fee to the vehicle store! I would highly recommend their services, and I will recommend this company to my friends as well! Great service! And great staff!

After a minor accident with my van, the young tow truck driver came and expertly assessed the situation, was extremely knowledgable, had a wonderful attitude and helped calm me down. I'd give that guy six stars personally... didn't get his name, but damn man, what a great person to have in a stressful situation.

Fantastic, efficient, friendly service. Our tow truck operator went above and beyond, picking us up on a rainy Sunday and taking us and our car to a repair shop. Our tow truck operator, Sohrab, was extremely friendly and helpful, which kept us in good spirits throughout the day. Five stars for the Victoria Tow Truck Service!
