One word IMPRESSED" I contacted Kal tire as my daughter lives in PA and was experiencing difficulty with her current tires and I am 4 hours away. Norm was extremely helpful and accommodating. He got the tires on order right away

Awesome service at a competitive price. When I was shopping for tires for my Toyota 4 Runner the folks at Kal Tire in Prince Albert answered all my questions and made sure I had all of the information I needed to make the best choice for me. The price was as good as any of the other tire shops quoted me including a couple of major retailers. Plus they offer free flat repairs as well as free rotation and balancing for the life of the tires. Then they were able to accommodate me on short notice to have the tires installed. As I was paying the bill I was also made aware of a $70.00 mail in rebate. I'll be back when my 3/4 ton needs tires replaced.

I live out of town and was driving into Prince Albert herb my wiper in the pouring rain decided to loosen and flipUnder the other wiper. It was a lost cause and I needed it fixed asap. Went to the dealership which was booked so my dad said to try Kal Tire. The front desk person Michael was awesome, he came out immediately and fixed it himself. He accepted no payment which again wow thank you. When I need tires I will for sure be a customer. Thank you for the great customer service

We showed late on a Friday with a flat tire. Kal Tire staff fixed the tire, were very pleasant and we were on our way with a minimum of fuss and a surprisingly low price. This was the best experience for a trying situation I can imagine.I recommend Kal Tire whole-heartedly.Thank you guys.

I had a tire with more than 8 small pin holes that was non repairable, tried to find one with the same tread left with no luck as they are a larger tire. Bought a new set of 4 and had an appointment for 11:30. Thinking I would likely be a few hours when dropping it off.(and it took a few days just to get an appointment!). They had me back on the road in a little over 30 minutes. Very impressed all around. Service, tire quality and stays on schedule!! Well done and deserving of 5 star rating! Keep up the good work!

Always have a good experience. Staff are knowledgeable and hard working. The phone rings 24 hours a day and yet they still manage to take every call. They also try to help you save money by finding the best tire within your price range and often find rebates and other cost saving options to keep the price down.

We got a flat tire on a work trip outside of PA. Changed to the spare and drove to Kal Tire since it was the closest one affiliated with the fleet. The guy at the counter acted like we were the biggest inconvenience and was very unhelpful in trying to figure out how to bill the fleet. On the plus side they didn’t end up charging us, but they left a nub on the tire and didn’t change the tire back. We ended up going to the Canadian Tire to finish the job.Honestly they turned an already bad situation worse. Would not recommend. There are several tire shops in the area.
