This is a cute place, very friendly good food. I've now had breakfast and lunch here and you cam not complain. Prices are decent for the amount of food you receive. I can say, you don't leave hungry, depending on what you order. There is something for the light eaters and the more larger appetite.

My GF likes almond milk in coffee, which I knew they didn't have there, so we picked up a time coffee before breakfast and got refused service quite rudely because of a Tim's cup. I can understand the competitors logo argument, but it would have saved them money as the coffee is included in most breakfasts, well they lost business now and future.

Great service however I received a grilled cheese sandwich cooked on one side. It was soggy full of black grease as well, I wish I had taken a photo you couldn’t even pick it up. I wouldn’t feed that sandwich to a dog, the waitress returned it to the kitchen the cook and owner said it’s a grilled cheese. We were charged for this sandwich with absolutely nothing eating from the plate. Hope Papa Joe’s enjoy the money received from this sandwich. I normally do not eat at Papa Joe’s however my and wife and mother in law do. They will not return this certainly isn’t how the original owner would of handled this situation!

We went in the afternoon so the place was calm. We got a great welcome and a cheerful waitress. The service was quick the food was really tasty. Great portions, their special that came with a wonderful soup and the desert (cheese cake) OMG.

Fantastic, fresh homemade food. The owner bakes bread for the restaurant daily and the service is friendly and atmosphere relaxed.

Food and service was excellent. Decor was clean and modern. Comfortable seating arrangement. Coffee refills on point. One thing I wish was bigger portions. Missing a good website too. Had to dig around to find information.

Loved this gem of a restaurant! Small and family owned with homemade desserts to feed me while I'm away from home. 1-star lost for me because I prefer a cold lobster roll and definitely pricey. Overall, good food and hospitality!

A great little joint! Wonderful service, and the food was delish! Definitely would recommend this place ! The staff make you feel at home!Prices are a little high. However, you get a lot of food, so in the end, it works out. It's all homemade! I recommend the fish and chips! The chips taste like chip truck quality.. so Yum! And the fish wasn't heavily battered, so you actually got to taste the fish.Made my trip to NB even better !

Great local restaurant with all the classics. Has the vibe of a mom and pop restaurant which is refreshing nowadays compared to eating in at the usual spots (Tim Horton's, McDonalds). The food is great, had a chicken club sandwich with a side poutine. The special was a fish burger with choice of side, soup and dessert. Breakfast and Lunch menus available at lunch time.

It's a nice family restaurant. Good, homestyle food at decent prices. The restaurant was clean and homey. The server was friendly and attentive. I had the Mama Evy burger platter, and my husband had the Papa Joe burger platter. Our burgers delicious! They were real hamburger meat, and the fries were homemade. I'd go back if I'm in Bathurst again.
