I'd give their customer service 0 stars if I could. SCAM ALERT Worst company ever. Did not authorize extra data but ended up getting $570 in extra data charges, and customer service said sorry about your luck. DONT EVER USE VIRGIN, THEY ARE A SCAM

The telecom price fixing in Canada has hit the point where you cannot reasonably downgrade your plan. The high end plans of 2 years ago have become the cheapest possible" plans even as they force you to take either 0 GB or 30 GB of data. This artificial restriction forces you to pay for service you don't want or need."
