Highly recommended! Piercings are done by hand for a reasonable price ($67 for both ear lobes, jewelry included), and piercers are very kind and knowledgeable. They don't try to upcharge you on any products after, and they gave my friend a replacement earring for one that was irritating her from another shop for free.

Tim and his team are amazing! An absolute staple in KW.They are a very knowledgeable, andcomforting team, along with providing a clean and sterile environment!It's a no brainer....the guy has been around the block!

Wife and I saw Cas for his-and-hers tattoos. Emails exchanged, designs sent, phoned in for an appointment, everything went off as planned. Cas is sought after, so appointment needed, forget about a walk-in with Cas. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and really knows her stuff. Very happy with the results. A few years ago I got two tattoos done here by Cas as my first experience and if I knew what I know now, I would have never went.The aftercare Iinstructions I was given were NOT what someone should do after a tattoo (this I learned later from another tattoo artist). I ended up having a deep cut on one of the tattoos that wouldn't heal for weeks due to the tattoo splitting my skin.I was told to get in the shower 6 hours after getting the tattoos and to scrub them with soap in water as warm as I could handle. I was told to do this until it stopped burning. This resulted in very sore tattoos and a lot of scabbing/damage to the final piece. I was also informed by my current artist, that this would be a huge no go for any future tattoos.My tattoos were misaligned and had very inconsistent linework. I was told they do free touch ups on their tattoos, but after the experience I had, I decided to cut my losses. I was later told by someone who claimed to be familiar with the shop, that the artist who did my piece was an apprentice at the time... but I was completely uninformed of that. (I'm not sure if they were an apprentice or not though.)After going to a new artist for the past 2 or 3 years, my tattoos look much better, cleaner and the aftercare is completely pain free. I've never experienced the same type of cuts or pain from any other tattoo, except for the ones I got here.

Amazing. Came for a small tattoo didn’t have an appointment. Tim managed to squeeze me in the same day. I was nervous and he was excellent at calming me down and making me realize I had no reason to be nervous. Very friendly and awesome environment. Tattoo turned out perfect.

I took my friend here for her nose and tongue piercing and I must say very impressed with the detailed information that they provided. The ladies are amazing, I will definitely be using them for my next tattoo.

I came here years ago to get my belly button pierced and I never wrote a review because I didn't think of it until now since I was thinking of getting another piercing recently. There was a female piercer who did my belly button piercing and she incorrectly did it the first time and then had to try to insert the needle again after a failed attempt. It was extremely painful and an awful experience ever since then I've been scared to get pierced again. Don't go here!

Got my first tattoo here and Cas was absolutely amazing. I was a bit nervous at first, but I got a thorough consultation and on the day of Cas was very reassuring and open to any questions I had.. She was very good in reviewing the tattoo care. The shop itself is very clean, tidy, and all supplies are 100% sterile. Would highly recomend!

I got my eyebrow pierced here last week - what a great vibe!The shop is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, down to earth and very easy to talk to. This is a place I would feel 100% comfortable getting a more complex piercing or one in a more intimate area because the staff are experienced and create a high level of comfort. My artist Tim talked me through the entire procedure beforehand and left plenty of time for questions.
