Paradox Hotel Vancouver
My Fiancée and I just returned from our Vancouver vacation. We have nothing but great memories from the Paradox Hotel. The service here is amazing, all the staff go out of their way to greet you and help you in any way they can. Joel stood out to us the most, he always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. He went out of his way to show us the best bike routes to get to our destination and gave us some great recommendations. The rooms are trendy, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Paradox for our first anniversary and we were blown away by the most beautiful experience and service. I am passionate about luxury hotel properties myself and I have to say this was one of the best I’ve stayed in! We loved the room with the balcony, I even took a nap in the balcony! Lol, and the view and location was perfect close to everything! We saw a small plate of chocolate covered strawberries for us in the room for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the desserts at paradox, we ordered the chocolate mousse, strawberry shortcake and cream puffs! Outstanding desserts! kudos to the pastry chef! Dean and the bell person at check in were very friendly and extremely engaging and helpful. We felt very special! Thank you to the Paradox Team! Will definitely visit again!

Spent 3 nights here on a quick getaway. Great location, very attentive staff from the front desk to housekeeping to room service. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Close to downtown attractions and transit. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel in a great location in Vancouver. Very much loved the 5 nights we stayed. Beds are super comfy, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Automated window coverings and smart lighting system are a great touch. We used the valet parking which seems expensive at $55 per night, but the alternative all day parkings around are not that much cheaper ($35-$45 per day), and we found the valet experience to be worth it. Overall, would stay here in a heartbeat again!Only small suggestions for management:- we had construction in room above us, when we told front desk they were able to request for the noise to be stopped. But maybe in future don’t fill a room if there is construction above it.- one morning window cleaners suddenly appeared outside our window whilst we were getting ready to head out. Something like this needs to be communicated in advance to guests so they know to expect it.- shower drains can use a cleaning, sewage smell sometimes comes up when taking a shower

Our family had a great experience at Paradox. All staff encountered are very professional and warm. Everyone is so friendly to our child. Valet parking is prompt and secure. Front desk is efficient. Room service is great. Perfect location.

Paradox Hotel Vancouver
I had selected the Paradox based on the location - next to the finish of Marathon Vancouver, has spacious rooms with standing baths and balconies, and one of its bars outdoor terraces has a very large hot tub. I was impressed by the quality of the room service food, top notch and how caring the staff has been. They made us feel special. It was super practical to be able to use the hotels bicycles for free and to rent with a discount their electric bikes. A great way to discover Vancouver. The hotel has an obvious glam factor, its bars / disco are very popular and its entertaining to see the super cars. A memorable stay in a fabulous city.

Stayed last month highly recommend where do I start !!!!1. Check in Ryan Nguyen what a gem one of the best check ins we have experienced so personable thank you for the complimentary drinks and listening to me complain about my delayed flights2 . The room was flawless so clean and well designed3. The one bedroom suite was massive enough room to open 3 large and 3 small suitcases4. The staff that collected our car at the back of the hotel so friendly and knowledgeable thanks for the local tips wish I could recall the guys name5. We didn’t order room service but on the first night our daughter was super tired we had Uber eats the staff delivered plates cutlery set the table no issues.6. The view of Vancouver city spectacular and the balcony furniture was clean loved sitting out there late at night7. Can’t wait to return !!!!!Ps the bathroom is one of the best in all of our hotel experiences

We booked the Paradox hotel for its location close to the cruise terminal. We only stayed one night before the cruise, but we able to checkin early and enjoy the hotel. The room was spacious and very well appointed with a great view. I would consider this hotel a classy boutique hotel that is well managed and customer focused. They didn’t have a place for us to eat breakfast, but they recommended a great little spot a block away that made the one block walk worth it. The staff were all amazing. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

First and foremost we have loved this hotel. The staff was as friendly as it gets in any hotel. Dean went out of his way to make recommendations of food and sights to two lost US residents. They kept our luggage for us on our return trip back from the cruise. The room was 5 stars with a gorgeous view of Vancouver, and conveniently located to Canada place, Stanley Park, Steam Clock and Granville Island and 20 to 30 minute walk. The shower shampoo and conditioner was SPA quality and smelled of rosemary. The room was equipped with an I pad, although we did not use it. The windows had automatic blinds and curtains. Overall we would not stay anywhere else in Vancouver.. Thank you for making our time memorable.
