James was amazing, and very informative. He came after hours within minutes of being called. He isolated the problem and gave us advice on what to do. This is a company I would call and highly recommend for quick, prompt, and after hour service. He was able to guide us to the roof leak and recommended who to contact.

Good work to instal new furnace & hot water tank, but they dropped my hot water tank when bringing it in & didn't tell me. Instead they stuck the tank manual over the large dent on the bottom of the tank, which I noticed after they left. I took my concern to their office and after discussing, Canuck gave me a small rebate for damage, even though I was concerned the tank may have been damaged.

Discovered a minor but critical water leak at 4:45pm on a Saturday in my home. They had a tech (Danny) here within an hour and the issue was fixed about 75 minutes later. Very grateful for the fast response and minimal disruption.

Absolutely horrible customer service and people skills. My wife called them as our new furnace of two years was having issues cycling this winter. The man who answered the phone basically talked down to her because we had in his words Mickey Moused" our furnace together and essentially laughed at her when we were trying to bring them business based on heir so called "reputation". If by mickey moused together you mean had another company with the same certification as yours do our original install then that's just a very unprofessional jab at your competition. Zach the Electrician went above and beyond, worked hard and efficiently to not waste our money. We highly recommend this company. Great customer service, we'll be having them out again for sure.

Terrible customer service. 3 weeks and still trying to get my invoice emailed to me. Stopped at the office and they have added additional charges. Are charging an additional hour of labour to pick up a part for the repair. When we asked what the price of the repair would be we were not informed of this kind of charge. They said they charge labour cost for the time doing the repair and the cost of the parts. No mention of charges for travel time getting parts. Jobs itself was messy but functional. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely outstanding service. We are using Canuck for a current renovation for heating, plumbing and gas lines. Without exception all of the service people have gone above and beyond in helping us get our project done as fast and efficiently as possible. Very professional, extremely nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

After my exterior faucet broke leaving me stuck without water to the whole house on a Friday, I called a few other local plumbing companies who all told me they couldn't help until the following Thursday! Imagine thinking it is appropriate to suggest telling someone to be without water for almost a full week. I called Canuck and they had someone on the way within just a few hours. He was professional and fast. I can't thank them enough for helping us out and they definitely have our business going forward.

The technician was rude. I decided to go with a different company for my new furnace installation. Over priced and terrible customer service. The manager was also rude when I called and voiced my concerns. If you want honest and reliable service go with a different company. I got a new furnace for 1800.00 less than what they quoted me.They also seem to think that I am unhappy about having to replace my furnace. This is not the case as I obviously went with a better and more reputable local company and now have a brand new furnace. The awful customer service and unprofessionalism from this company is astounding. Save some cash and the headache of their antics and go with a different company.

James talked me through what he thought was the issue for our furnace fan (wasn’t blowing any air). The job was straight forward and he was up front about the cost. Zack was the tech that got sent in and he discovered that the issue wasn’t what was originally thought and spent about 15 mins fixing the issue. They waived the hourly fee and the charge out for the truck. We weren’t charged a thing. Was a pleasure to do business with these two and I’ll definitely be giving them a call again for the next thing that I need!
