So disappointed in the care given my dogs and the groom was the worst I have ever seen, pictures available on request. Dogs were locked in an area barking frantically scratching at door upon my arrival and groomer was sitting in her office outside of the area. Upon my arrival she jumped all over me saying dogs have never been groomed before and that they hated each other. The dogs were so stressed they couldn’t even recognize one another. Never again.

Took our Old English Bulldog in to her first grooming experience this morning. Tessa was extremely nervous and Magic Monte’s Julie was so patient and calm with her.Tessa had a bath and nail trim. Was a great experience for us and we’re looking forward to going back again!

Was a great day for my two dogs, Daisy and Trigger. They both looked great when I picked them up from thier grooms. They got cute little Christmas kerchiefs.Trigger does not like his nails done at all but we managed to get them clipped.Great place to bring your dogs.

Great place our dog love it ! Loved they grooming . Our three dogs went for over night . They came back exhausted from playing so hard .Would highly recommend she very flexible and very responsive to any questions or to check up on your dogs when she has them .

Brought in my dog to have nails trimmed underbelly cleaned with a shampoo and blow dry. When I picked her up her hair was cut down to one inch (which I did not request) nails were trimmed, no underbelly cleaned. Groomer obviously does not listen to her customers request. Never go there again. Do not recomend.
