Thank you maid express for pulling though last minute and helping out with our big move out clean!!!! This was a gift from my realtor and it was money well spent ❤️ prices are very reasonable as well.

Leah’s lady does an excellent job. She is quick, and thorough. She works quietly on her own and actually moves furniture to dust behind chairs etc. I would recommend Leah’s group anytime. They are prompt thorough and reliable.

Friendly and professional service - the house is sparkling! They took the time to do a thorough job cleaning all the nooks and crannies, down to the often missed top of the door frames. Responses were quick, and they were able to have someone scheduled to come out within a few days of the initial call. My large breed (extremely friendly) dog wasn't a problem for them either. Very happy with the results and definitely would book them again.

I posted a review last Tuesday after being conned by this cleaning companyBut the owner Leah begged us to take it down, with the promise she would personally go see my mom and apologize as well as send her fruit.Well a week Monday the nightmare began so the review is going up because my mom never heard from leah nor did she receive the promised gift basket. It was all lies and excuses to get us to take down the review.Without getting into the gory details they started by quoting $259 to have a team in to clean my moms entire house.The morning they arrived they doubled the price once they realized the location assuming a money grabThey arrived 3 hours early walking into my 80 year old mother's house scaring her to bits.We arrived at noon to find the lone cleaner leaving no crew as promised. How can that be it took me 3 hours just days before to vacuum the basement and she alone cleaned the entire house.in 3 hours something was wrong or she was wonder woman.Upon inspection it was a mess nothing was done completely I wish I could post pictures.My mom my daughter and I spent the next 4 hours cleaning my poor mom was exhausted.We made several attempts to contact the company and we were ignored for hours. Finally after watching my mom collapse on the couch I messaged demanding a refund. We did get a full refund after much arguing.This place is a nightmare lied to us but it bothers me they took advantage of my mom.. overcharging which Leah did admit to when we talked Wednesday. I mean if they were little things whatever but nothing was done.This company lacks honesty..experience..customer service communication skills sucks.Leah told me personal things that are maybe clouding her judgement but when you are made aware of problems and have seen pictures you should have showed up to inspect and you should have followed thru with promises to apologize to my mother for the unnecessary stress.Again keep shopping this company is not professional at all
