Best service experience ever! Attention was excellent with similar price of other dealers. I bring my cart to service my tires. They give me coffee and then they drive me home so I do not have to wait there. When the service was complete they call me and pick me up from my place. They also told me that if I have any issue with my cart they can give me a courtesy car while they service it. I will totally bring my cart back there next service.

I made worst decision of my life by bringing my brand new car to this dealership for Oil change.I choose them because its near to my work.They did something bad to it and it started making noise when in parking gear and also when I put it on drive mode but do not accelerate the car.I visited twice to explain that but they did not helped me instead it was told this is normal and if we do not find anyting you will be charged for it.THEY F+×÷_ up my Brand new Car.I advice evedyone to drive few miles more find next available Kia agency but try to stay miles away from this one or you will suffer like me.I do not have option to give negative rating....God bless them.
