Great facility - courts are good quality, lighting is great and there are benches on all courts (unfortunately only 4 courts which means that it can be hard to get a booking at times - especially now that they have to catch up with junior tournaments that got delayed because of Covid).Great people - Michelle at the reception as well as the coaching team with Karl and Bogdan are all super nice people. Karl and Bogdan also take their time during the drills to give everyone valuable individual advice - not easy when there are 12 people and only 2 coaches, but much appreciated! Way to go!

Coach and manager changed in 2022. Expressed to the new manager some concerns with the way the class was run, and he was blunt and dismissive, and didn't seem to care or want to hear our concerns. Took our child elsewhere.

Great facility. Nice and clean. Love the free parking and the easy access. The indirect lights means there is no glare or hot spots - no more being blinded by looking up. I play there regularly.

The facility is not ready but open for business. there are no benches for the players, let alone there is decent washroom or shower. Players lounge is non-existing. Website info, court fee rate are not clear and misleading, staff over there are far from Friendly. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Great facility. Great staff and coaches. Easy booking system for both members and non members. The bubble is located at the very back of the parking lot for the Sandman Hotel (it's actually connected to it) and can't be seen from most roads. I drove around in circles the first time finding it.

Great place to learn how to play tennis (Karl is a great instructor) and also a great place to simply book the court and play tennis with friends. Has all the necessary infrastructure. The only disadvantage it's confusing to find the way to the hub inside the hotel, but this doesn't really affect your tennis experience.
