Kris did a home inspection for my first home in North York. Kris was professional and offered his genuine opinion every aspect of the home. As it was my first home, I wanted an exceptionally detailed report. Kris also ventured the roof of the home during the winter to ensure it was in good condition. He found a crack in the flue which wasn't initially disclosed. Kris spent a lot of time reviewing the report and answered all of my questions via video call (which was greatly appreciated given my difficulty with the phone).
