We go there every other morning to have family coffee time. The tables, window sills and floors are always dirty. I have worked in lots of places and we always clean and make places look presentable for opening. They have enough staff get them cleaning. There is a guy that comes in there from the streets he stands out on vic every day. He constantly coughs and spits up stuff into a napkin then puts it on table. Gross. Sanitary help is needed

I did the curb side pickup thinking that it would be quick.It was the longest. I could have gone through the long drive through AND the line inside before I got my order. Not impressed with the curb side.

We go to Tim’s a lotI think this location has the worst service time out of all. And there is staff! You go in the morning barely any line and you’d be waiting 15-20 mins to get your breakfast. Supper is the worst. They never have chilli soups or any soups at all. You go at 6:30 no soups, you go at 8:30 no soups, 10:30 same thing. And only sometimes they will have. I guess when someone is not lazy to make a pot of chilli. There is a truckers gas station across the road, so much traffic going by, everybody wants to eat. Honestly this place should have soups 24/7.

So careless about their food.Got a breakfast sandwich that was so cold and cheese not even melted.First time I'm served a cold sandwich like this at a Tim Hortons.

Ordered ahead with mobile app and went in to pick up, waited 15 minutes to be even asked what we were there for. Although the skip driver that came in after me got their order asap. Only about 5 customers in the store at that time and hardly any in the drive thru but 15 staff couldn't respond to me. Will not be back to that location unless they smarten up.

I visited this Tim Hortons and was warmly greeted and served by Adit. He's got good customer service acumen. Also, the ambiance at this time Hortons is really awesome.

Slow staff gross donuts that are pre-cooked Freshly glazed " is their new catchphrase not freshly cooked. Hard to understand cause the staff barely speaks English id say keep driving past support a local shop instead"

Terrible service quality! I had to repeat 3 times at the drive through station about what I wanted. The person answering the drive through wasn’t paying attention at all. I ordered 4 items, 3 were wrong! I only noticed they were wrong items when I got home and opened the bag. It was not worthy to drive another 20 minutes to go back. They put a piece of paper on the drive through station, totally covering the screen so people can’t see what they are ordering! It’s a terrible Tim store.
